It seems like you've stumbled upon the 'about' page and are curious to delve into my true identity. I must confess, it's quite audacious of you. We barely have any acquaintance, and yet here you are, eagerly clicking on links, hoping to uncover my innermost secrets.
Woodworking has been a lifelong love affair for me, sparked by the smell of freshly cut timber and the satisfaction of shaping it into something remarkable. From the first stroke of a chisel to the final polish, each step in the process is infused with my dedication and reverence for the craft.
Now, this is the part where I tell you my name is Daniel, I grew up in the small town of Hauptstuhl in Germany learning the basics whilst “helping” my dad with projects, gaining experience observing the technics and tools used by him.
Now I have a family of my own in Auckland, New Zealand, and needed an outlet and excuse for creativity. I started back up with pallet wood projects and basic home repair, I then took of the training wheels and started taking on custom builds, artistic woodworking and epoxy whilst passing on the same knowledge to my son!
Beyond the craft itself, woodworking is a testament to patience, perseverance, and the ability to bring imagination to life. It is a harmonious dance between artistry and precision, where every knot, grain, and curve tells a story. I believe that the true beauty of woodworking lies not only in the final product but also in the connection between the creator, the material, and the observer.

This website serves mainly as my online store, where you can find available chopping boards, bottle openers and other kitchen utensils.
I also cater a variety of wooden items for the bonsai enthusiast upon us.
